Curation Thesis
A superyacht berth is a piece of marine infrastructure more scarce than the yacht it serves. In the great marinas of the Mediterranean, the waiting list for a 90-metre berth can exceed a decade, and the berth holds its value independently of the vessel. We will underwrite berths as perpetual-use infrastructure with a maintenance obligation, and helipads as aviation-licensed assets with a regulatory risk that is often greater than the construction cost.

The Advisor
Caspian Moreau
The Coastal & Marina Specialist
Caspian has advised on marina berth acquisitions across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. He reads a berth for its depth, its length, its maintenance obligation, and its position in the marina — because a berth is a piece of infrastructure, and infrastructure depreciates.
