Curation Thesis
An alpine chalet at the right altitude is a climate-resilient asset whose value may increase as lower-altitude resorts lose snow. We will underwrite on elevation, snow reliability through 2050, lift connectivity, and the structural integrity of the building envelope against extreme Alpine conditions. The greatest chalets are not the largest but the best positioned — on the piste, at altitude, with a south-facing terrace that holds the afternoon sun.

The Advisor
Aldous Veyne
The Commercial Director
Aldous has underwritten alpine assets across Verbier, Courchevel and Lech. He reads a chalet for its climate resilience — the snow line, the sun aspect, and the structural envelope — because an alpine asset is a bet on the future of winter.
